Willie Peterson is a faith-based nonprofit strategist, community builder, and national fundraising coach based in Melbourne/Palm Bay, Florida. Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, he has spent over 25 years equipping churches, community groups, and grassroots leaders to fund their vision and expand their impact.
As CEO of WEPete Inc., Willie leads a growing empowerment network that includes Kingdom Fundraisers, the One-Minute Prayer Global Network, How to Fund Your Lifeā„¢, and Ms. Ellaā€™s LifeCare Academyā„¢, which he co-leads with his wife, Ella. Together, they provide training in fundraising, leadership, CNA prep, CPR/First Aid, and faith-based empowerment across Florida and beyond.
Willie began his journey in 1995 while pastoring in Ohio, where a grant-writing seminar sparked a lifelong mission to help ministries and nonprofits secure the resources to serve their communities. Since then, he has trained hundreds of leaders and guided countless organizations in turning faith-driven ideas into funded, sustainable programs.
His philosophy is simple: faith-based work becomes fundable when language, strategy, and vision align.
